State Regulations and Invasive Species

It is YOUR responsibility as a buyer to know your local regulations on invasive species or restrictions in regards to plants, shrimp, scuds, snails, etc.

Some states have strict regulations for importing plants, shrimp, scuds, snails, etc. from other states or countries. We cannot be held liable if your package is held, delayed or destroyed by your local agricultural department or other entity due to you ordering something restricted for your area. States that are known for having strict regulations are CA, NY, FL but others may also have regulations to be aware of.
